In this title, the following words have the meanings indicated.
(1) "Child Service Agencies" means the Board of Education, the Department of Health, the Department of Social Services, the State Department of Juvenile Services, the State Mental Hygiene Administration, and any other agency that is brought within the scope of community partnerships by State law.
(2) "Community partnerships" means the State program by which services provided to children, youth, and families are to be coordinated and delivered through an interagency system.
(3) "Partnership" means the Anne Arundel County Partnership for Children, Youth and Families.
