§ 3-5A-106. Meetings; quorum.
   (a)   Meetings. The Commission shall meet at the call of the Chair, or at the request of six voting members, as frequently as required to perform its duties, but no less than quarterly. All meetings shall comply with the Maryland Open Meetings Act and this Code.
   (b)   Quorum; majority vote. A quorum consists of a majority of the voting members. An affirmative vote of a majority of the voting members present at any meeting at which there is a quorum shall be sufficient for any action of the Commission.
