(a) Creation. There is an Anne Arundel County Economic Development Program and, as part of the Program, an Anne Arundel County Economic Development Incentive Loan Program.
(b) Administration. The Anne Arundel County Economic Development Program is administered by the Anne Arundel Economic Development Corporation pursuant to an economic development grant agreement.
(c) Funding. The program is funded by private and public funds, including grants from the County in accordance with the annual budget and pursuant to the economic development grant agreement.
