§ 3-2B-104. Term of members.
   (a)   Generally. 
      (1)   Of the voting members, five shall be appointed for initial terms of three years, five shall be appointed for initial terms of two years, and five shall be appointed for initial terms of one year. After the expiration of the initial terms, voting members shall be appointed for terms of three years.
      (2)   Non-voting members shall serve at the pleasure of the County Executive.
      (3)   Voting members shall serve a maximum of two consecutive terms.
   (b)   Expiration. A member whose term has expired holds over until a successor is appointed.
   (c)   Vacancies. The County Executive shall fill a vacancy for the remainder of an unexpired term of a member.
   (d)   Removal. A member of the Commission may be removed by the County Executive for cause, including absence from 25% or more of the schedule meetings and hearings of the Commission during any 12-month period.
