   (A)   Examples of permitted uses.
      (1)   Industrial and manufacturing - Any industrial or manufacturing or processing establishment.
      (2)   Wholesaling and warehousing - Any wholesaling business, storage, warehouse, including beverage bottling and distribution plants.
      (3)   Buildings material yard.
      (4)   Adult entertainment facilities - Adult entertainment facilities must be located a minimum of 1,000 feet from any protected use.
      (5)   Public uses - Governmental office buildings, fire/police stations, libraries, and other uses supported in whole or in part by taxes.
   (B)   Examples of conditional uses.
      (1)   Churches and places of worship - Churches and other places of worship.
      (2)   Day care facilities affiliated with a permitted use.
      (3)   Primary public utilities.
   (C)   Use limitations and standards.
      (1)   Accessory uses. No accessory uses or buildings shall be located in the required front yard of any lot. There shall be no more than two accessory buildings per use and/or lot.
      (2)   Buffer yards. All industrial uses adjacent residential uses or districts, either along rear or side lot lines, shall provide a buffer yard to regulations specified.
      (3)   Storage and service areas. Outdoor storage of materials shall be allowed provided such materials are enclosed and secured, and in no case shall such materials be stored higher than ten feet in height. All storage and service areas shall be screened from view from the perimeter of the site with landscaping and/or fencing. The height of the fence shall not exceed ten feet from the ground.
