§ 153.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person or corporation who violates any of the provisions of these regulations or who fails to comply with any of the requirements thereof, or who builds or alters any building or structure in violation of any statement or plan submitted and approved, shall for each and every violation or noncompliance be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned for not to exceed 30 days, or both, and each day the violation shall be permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   The owner or owners of any building or premises or part thereof where anything in violation of this chapter shall be placed or shall exist, and any architect, builder, contractor, agent, person or corporation employed in connection therewith and who may have assisted in the commission of any violation, shall each be guilty of a separate offense and upon conviction thereof shall be imprisoned as herein provided.
