(A) Examples of permitted uses.
(1) Retail and service establishments - Supermarkets, barber shops, beauty shops, clothing stores, dry cleaning and laundries, drug stores, garden supply stores and the like, florist, furniture, grocery, hardware, paint, shoe, sporting goods stores, restaurants.
(2) Business and professional - Medical offices, finance, insurance, and real estate offices.
(3) Automotive services - Gasoline filling stations, automotive and related repair shops, body shops, automotive and related sales and servicing, tire sales and service, automotive parts, agricultural implements sales and storage, marina equipment sales, mobile home/travel trailer sales.
(4) Building and related trades - Carpenter shops, electrical, plumbing, air conditioner and heating shops, furniture upholstering and similar open air facilities.
(5) Outdoor recreational - Parks, playgrounds, recreational areas and related facilities such as swimming pools, summer camps, golf courses, and similar facilities.
(6) Entertainment services - Motion picture theaters, dance halls, studios, bowling alleys, skating rinks, lounges.
(7) Funeral homes and mortuaries.
(8) Animal hospitals - Animal hospitals, kennels, pet shops, housing or boarding or caring for animals.
(9) Public uses - Governmental office buildings, fire/police stations, libraries, and other uses supported in whole or in part by taxes.
(B) Examples of conditional uses.
(1) Churches and places of worship - Churches and other places of worship.
(2) Educational - Vocational, community college, college, university.
(3) Hospitals, nursing homes.
(4) Day care facilities.
(5) Primary public utilities.
(6) Upper story apartments.
