(A) The subdivider shall prepare and submit three copies of the minor subdivision plat to the Zoning Administrator. The minor subdivision plat shall be considered officially filed on the day it is received and properly noted and shall be so dated. However, the minor subdivision plat shall not be considered properly submitted until all applicable fees are paid (see § 152.148, Schedule of Fees) and all plats are provided to the Zoning Administrator.
(B) Prior to receiving consideration for a minor subdivision, a minor subdivision plat shall consist of a survey plat drawn by a registered professional surveyor and it shall be in compliance with Shelby County platting regulations.
