(A) The Village of Anna Council establishes the following schedule of fees:
Minor Subdivision plats | $25 |
Vacation/Dedication plats | $25 |
Replats | $25 |
Preliminary plats | $75 |
Preliminary plat reapproval | $25 |
Final plats | $100 |
Subdivision inspection fees | 1% of Engineer’s estimate used for performance surety |
(B) (1) The schedule of fees shall be posted in the office of the Village Fiscal Officer and may be altered, or amended only by the Village of Anna Council.
(2) Until all applicable fees, charges, and expenses have been paid in full, no action shall be taken on any application or appeal.
