§ 51.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Whoever violates a provision of §§ 51.01 through 51.15 of this code will be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined a sum not to exceed $100 for each offense.
