(A) The prices to be charged for water furnished by the Village Water Department to all customers situated outside the village limits of the Village of Anna, are hereby fixed at 150% the rate charged to consumers situated in the village, unless grandfathered in at a lower rate.
(B) Billing shall be rendered monthly on the utility bill and shall be payable in accordance with the terms and conditions of the “Rules and Regulations.”
