(A) Violation of any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Whoever violates any of the provisions in §§ 96.01 through 96.21 or fails to comply therewith or with any written notice of order issued thereunder, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed each day such violation occurs or continues.
