§ 96.21 PRIVY VAULTS, SEPTIC TANKS AND CESSPOOLS.

No owner, occupant, or person in charge of any premises situated as to permit connection with any sanitary sewer shall maintain or permit to be maintained on or in the connection with such premises any privy vault, cesspools, or septic tank, or other repository for human excreta.
