§ 50.21 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   All refuse shall be contained in a refuse bag or a have a bulk waste tag attached and shall be placed on the front edge of the roadway by 6:00 a.m. on the collection day.
 
   (B)   The contractor is not required to remove any refuse, bulk waste not placed at the front edge of the roadway by 6:00 a.m. on the collection day.
 
   (C)   The contractor is not required to remove any refuse not contained in a refuse bag or with the appropriate bulk waste tag.
 
   (D)   Highly flammable or explosive materials shall not be included with refuse or bulk waste but shall be disposed of as directed by the Fire Chief at the expense of the owner or possessor thereof.
 
   (E)   Wearing apparel, bedding or other refuse from homes or other places where highly infectious or contagious diseases have prevailed, shall not be included with refuse or bulk waste, but shall be disposed of as directed by the County Health Department.
