(A) Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Collection and disposal of refuse. Violations of §§ 50.01 et seq. shall be a misdemeanor of the third degree. The sentencing court may, in addition to or in lieu of a penalty, require a person who violates §§ 50.01 et seq. to remove litter from any public or private property or in or on waters of the state.
