§ 50.04 PROPER CONVEYANCE AND DISPOSAL OF REFUSE.

Conveyance of refuse by any person shall be conducted in a manner as not to create a nuisance. Any litter or other nuisance, such as blowing of refuse or spills of liquids, whether through emptying a container or otherwise, shall be promptly cleaned. Refuse shall be taken only to recycling centers or to licensed landfills for disposal.
