§ 50.02 PROPER CONTAINMENT OF REFUSE.

Persons owning property in the village shall ensure all refuse on that property is completely contained in receptacles and covered or otherwise secured to prevent refuse from being carried or deposited by the elements. All refuse shall be disposed of on a regular basis.
