The off-street parking of recreational vehicles, boats and/or boat trailers, pick-up campers or coaches, motorized dwellings, tent trailers, travel trailers or utility trailers in residential districts is permitted provided no equipment shall have permanent connections to electricity, gas, water, or sanitary sewer facilities, nor shall the equipment be used as a dwelling.
