§ 153.119 DESIGN STANDARDS FOR OFF-STREET LOADING/UNLOADING.
   (A)   Location.
      (1)   No loading/unloading space shall be located within 50 feet of the nearest point of intersection of any two public thoroughfares.
      (2)   (a)   No loading/unloading space shall be located closer than 50 feet from any lot in a residential district or from any residential use unless screening is provided between the loading/unloading space and the residential district or use.
         (b)   The screening is to consist of a wall, solid fencing, an earth berm, a dense evergreen hedge or planting, or a combination of these not less than six feet in height and maintained in good condition.
   (B)   Dimensions. Each loading space shall not be less than ten feet in width, 25 feet in length and 14 feet in height.
