§ 153.118 OFF-STREET LOADING/UNLOADING REQUIREMENTS.

Required Spaces
Retail, Service, Office Establishments	1.0 per the first 5,000 square feet of floor area plus 1.0 per each additional 20,000 square feet
Industrial Establishments	1.0 per the first 5,000 square feet of floor area plus 1.0 per each additional 20,000 square feet
Wholesale Establishments/Warehouses	1.0 per every 5,000 square feet of floor area
