§ 153.117 DESIGN STANDARDS FOR OFF-STREET PARKING.
   (A)   Parking space dimensions.
      (1)   Off-street parking spaces shall conform with the appropriate stall and aisle dimensions as shown in this subchapter.
      (2)   A minimum clear distance of three feet shall be provided between the parking stall and any fence, structure, wall, or other obstacle when a parking stall is located immediately adjacent to a fence, structure, wall, or other obstacle.
      (3)   Parking spaces shall be provided for disabled persons in accordance with the provisions of the Ohio Basic Building Code, as applicable.
   (B)   Aisle space.
      (1)   Off-street parking includes provision of aisle space to serve parking.
      (2)   Use of any alley, street, or other public way as a parking aisle to serve private parking is not permitted except with express approval of Village Council.
      (3)   Private parking served by the public aisle shall not be considered off-street parking unless approved as a parking variance by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
