100.35 PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF SIGNIFICANT NONCOMPLIANCE.

The WRA shall annually publish, in the largest daily newspaper published in the WRA community, a list of users which at any time during the previous twelve months, were in significant noncompliance as defined in Section 100.36 of this chapter.
