If the utility bill is not paid within ten days from the date due thereof, as stated on the bill, the past due amount will be indicated on the following bill. If the past due amount still remains unpaid as of the next following billing date, a disconnect notice shall be mailed to the user pursuant to Section 51.11(A). If the utility bill is not paid within seven from the date the disconnect notice is mailed, the water service shall be turned off at the curb shut-off valve.
