§ 115.01 PERMIT FEE.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any entity to hold or allow a garage sale, yard sale, porch sale or other similar event within the town unless a permit shall first have been obtained from the town.

(B) The Clerk-Treasurer shall issue a permit as provided for in this chapter upon the payment of $2 to the town.
