§ 93.99 PENALTY.

(A) Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

(D) Debris and snow. Any person violating § 93.35 shall, upon conviction, be fined up to $50 for each violation. Any person violating § 93.36 may be fined in any sum not to exceed $300.
