.020 Detached Accessory Buildings and Structures. The maximum cumulative square footage of all enclosed accessory structures, as identified in Table 4-B (Accessory Uses and Structures: Single-Family Residential Zones) of this chapter, shall be limited to the minimum livable floor area of the main dwelling for the underlying zone, as identified in Table 4-G above, and shall not exceed the square footage of the main dwelling.
