15.60.010 DELAY OF FEES AND PERMITS.
   The fees required to be paid under the Title 15 as to property developed as R-3 may be delayed by the City Manager by a written agreement with a subdivider until such future time as the City Manager, in his discretion, may deem to be in the public interest to require said payment of all fees. (Ord. 2768 § 1; January 6, 1970.)
