15.28.240 PARKING CAMP CAR OR TRAILER OUTSIDE CAMP — WHEN PERMIT REQUIRED — TERMS OF PERMIT.
   No person shall park or leave parked any camp car or trailer upon any public street within the City between the hours of three a.m. and six a.m., or park or leave parked any such camp car or trailer upon any private property, except on the rear of the property or lot or under cover, or occupy or use any such camp car or trailer as a dwelling or for living or sleeping quarters upon any public street or private property within the City, except in a public trailer or campground for which permit has been duly issued, unless a permit so to do is first had and obtained from the City Council; provided, however, that the granting of such permit shall be within the sole discretion of the Council to grant or deny and that, if granted, such permit shall be of a temporary nature and for a limited time only; and provided further, that upon key lots or on a reversed corner lot said camp car or trailer shall be parked on the rear of said lot and on that half of said lot the greatest distance away from the nearest public street.
