15.28.190 GARBAGE AND REFUSE RECEPTACLES.
   There shall be provided in every campground heretofore or hereafter established, such number of tight receptacles with close-fitting metal covers for garbage, refuse, ashes and rubbish as may be deemed necessary by the Sanitation Inspector, and such garbage receptacles shall at all times be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition. (Ord. 605 § 20; March 9, 1937.)
