15.28.140 DRAINAGE — GRADE.
   Every campground hereafter established shall be located on a well drained area, and the premises of every such campground, or any existing campground, shall be properly graded so as to prevent the accumulation of storm or casual waters. (Ord. 605 § 15; March 9, 1937.)
