15.28.080 TRANSFER OF PERMIT — EXPIRATION OF PERMIT.
   Such permit shall be transferable upon the written application of the holder of the permit to the Plumbing Inspector, and with his consent endorsed thereon. A permit may be granted at any time during the year, and unless previously revoked shall expire one calendar year following the date of issue. (Ord. 605 § 8; March 9, 1937.)
