14.48.010 "TRUCK" DEFINED.
   For the purpose of this chapter, a truck is a motor vehicle designed, used or maintained primarily for the transportation of property, and having an unladen weight of six thousand pounds or more. (Ord. 3727 § 2 (part); June 28, 1977.)
