.010 The Chief of Police may revoke a parade permit issued pursuant to this chapter, if the Chief of Police finds that any term, condition, restriction or limitation of such permit has been violated, or if the Chief of Police finds that, as a result of changed circumstances, any one or more of the standards specified in this chapter has not been satisfied.
.020 Notice of such action revoking a permit shall be delivered in writing to the permittee by personal service or by certified mail.
.030 Appeal from any such revocation may be taken within the same time and manner as specified in Section 14.24.050 of this chapter. (Ord. 5919 § 17 (part); June 8, 2004.)
