13.10.030   RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING USE OF SKATE PARKS.
   The Director of Community Services is authorized and empowered to set forth such rules and regulations governing the use of any public Skate Park which he or she deems appropriate, provided that signs describing such rules and regulations are posted and placed at each Skate Park. (Ord. 5811 § 1 (part); May 7, 2002.)
