10.16.300 USE OF POTABLE WATER DURING A FIRE.
   In the case of a fire necessitating the use of Potable Water from the City mains, no person shall use Potable Water from the mains if such use would prevent or hamper the extinguishment of such fires or the saving of adjoining property in the opinion of the Fire Chief or the General Manager of the Public Utilities Department or their designees.
