7.32.100 PENALTY.
   Any person violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished in the manner provided in Section 1.01.370. Each such person is guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any portion of which any violation of the provisions of this chapter is committed.
