4.04.120 NAME OF OWNER TO BE MAINTAINED ON ADVERTISING STRUCTURE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person or entity owning or otherwise in lawful possession and control of any advertising structure to fail, refuse or neglect to cause the name of such person or entity to be plainly and clearly provided and maintained in a conspicuous place upon such advertising structure.
