(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 130.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) The first violation of § 133.61 shall be a Class 3 offense. The second violation of this section within a one-year period shall be a Class 2 offense. The third and any subsequent violations of this section within a one-year period shall be a Class 1 offense.
(C) A violation of § 133.66 constitutes a Class 2 violation for the first offense. A violation of § 133.61 constitutes a Class 1 violation for the second or subsequent offenses.
