§ 133.61 CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR IN PUBLIC PLACE.

No person shall drink or consume any alcoholic liquor or possess an unsealed container in or upon any street, alley, public grounds, or other public place unless such place has been licensed for that purpose by the state’s Liquor Control Commission.
