§ 133.25 CONCEALED WEAPONS.
   No person shall carry a concealed weapon as defined by ORS 166.240, ORS 166.250, or in accordance with ORS 166.293 about their person, unless it is a licensed firearm per ORS 166.291 and ORS 166.292, or the person is exempted by ORS 166.250(1) or ORS 166.260. Concealed weapons may include, but are not limited to, revolvers, pistols, or other firearms, any knife (other than an ordinary pocketknife) having a blade that projects or swing into position by force of a spring or by centrifugal force, any dirk, dagger, ice pick, slingshot, metal knuckles, or any similar instrument by the use of which injury could be inflicted upon the person or property of any other person. For the purposes of this section, an ordinary pocketknife is one with a maximum blade length of three and one-half inches, which is not a switch blade or spring-blade knife.
