§ 132.12 OBSTRUCTION OF AND TAMPERING WITH FIRE HYDRANTS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for the owner of property adjacent to a street upon which is located a fire hydrant to place or maintain within eight feet of such fire hydrant any bush, shrub, or tree or other obstruction.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for a vehicle to be parked in front of a fire hydrant.
   (C)   No unauthorized person shall unfasten, open, draw water from, or otherwise tamper with a fire hydrant.
