§ 91.171 TRANSFER OF TITLE.

If the Sheriff sells a dog, pursuant to this Dog Control Ordinance, to any person other than the person who owned the dog when it was impounded, full and complete title to the dog shall vest in the new owner and the prior owner or any other third person shall be foreclosed from any right, title, or interest in the dog.
