§ 71.02 EXHAUST BRAKES.

No person shall operate a motor vehicle within the City in a manner that creates or causes excessive noise. Any manner of braking, including, but not limited to, dynamic braking devices, exhaust braking, compression braking, or Jake or Jacob braking shall be considered excessive noise and a violation of this section.
