§ 70.08 USE OF ROLLERSKATES AND ROLLERBLADES RESTRICTED.

No person upon rollerskates, rollerblades, or riding in or by means of any coaster, toy vehicle, or similar device shall go upon any street except a play street or except to cross at a crosswalk.
