§ 55.055 REPORTS OF CHANGED CONDITIONS.

   (A)   Each industrial user must notify the Public Works Superintendent of any significant changes to the industrial user’s operations or system which might alter the nature, quality, or volume of its wastewater including facility closure at least 30 days before the change.

   (B)   The Public Works Superintendent may require the industrial user to submit such information as may be deemed necessary to evaluate the changed condition, including the submission of a wastewater discharge permit application under § 55.028.

   (C)   The Public Works Superintendent may issue an industrial wastewater discharge permit under § 55.038 or modify an existing wastewater discharge permit under § 55.035 in response to changed conditions or anticipated changed conditions.
