§ 55.038 PERMIT REISSUANCE.

An industrial user with an expiring industrial wastewater discharge permit shall apply for industrial wastewater discharge permit reissuance by submitting a complete permit application, in accordance with § 55.028, a minimum of 60 days prior to the expiration of the industrial user’s existing industrial or general wastewater discharge permit.
