549.15 BLASTING PERMIT.

(a) No person shall blast with dynamite, gunpowder or any other explosive compound, within the Municipality, unless he has first obtained a written permit from the City to do so.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
