(a) No person shall knowingly give, or assist in giving, any false or fictitious information relative to the name, address or date of birth of any person to any duly authorized law enforcement officer. No person shall willfully refuse to identify himself to any duly authorized law enforcement officer.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
