   505.14 HORSES AND LIVESTOCK ON SIDEWALKS OR TREELAWNS.
   (a)   No person shall ride or lead a horse or livestock on sidewalks or treelawns located within the City.

   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
