373.12 BICYCLE RIDING ON BUSINESS DISTRICT SIDEWALKS PROHIBITED.
   (a)   For all purposes of this section, the term “business district” shall be defined as follows: on Church Street from the intersection with Cleveland Street to the railroad trestle; on Park Avenue from the intersection with Prospect Street to Five Points; on Cleveland Street from the intersection with Church Street to Five Points; and on Main Street from the intersection with Five Points to Tenney Avenue.
   (b)   No person shall operate a bicycle on any sidewalk within the business district.
   (c)   No person shall park any bicycle in the business district except in a properly designated bike rack.
   (d)   Whoever violates this section shall be fined not more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
